Customer Care & Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and live chat while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities Understand customer needs and recommend travel packages, upgrades, and add-on services to maximize sales potential Manage the full customer interaction cycle from inquiry to booking confirmation, ensuring a seamless experience Achieve and exceed monthly sales and service performance targets Maintain professionalism and strong phone etiquette to build customer trust and loyalty Accurately log all interactions in CRM (e.g., Zoho) and track sales performance metrics Work 5 days per week, scheduled between Monday to Sunday Be available for either 9:00 AM-5:00 PM or 1:00 PM-9:00 PM shifts

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in customer service, retail, or sales (experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality is a strong plus) Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, with a persuasive and professional tone Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a customer-facing environment Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset Familiarity with CRM systems and accuracy in data entry Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to build rapport quickly Must be able to work evenings or daytime shifts, including weekends
