TripToGo is seeking an energetic and results-driven
Customer Care & Travel Sales Associate
to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support customers with their travel inquiries while actively promoting our products and services--turning conversations into bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and live chat while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Understand customer needs and recommend travel packages, upgrades, and add-on services
Manage the full customer interaction cycle from inquiry to booking confirmation
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and service targets
Maintain professionalism and strong communication skills to build customer trust
Work 5 days per week, scheduled between Monday and Sunday
Be available for
afternoon shifts (1:00 PM-9:00 PM)
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in customer service, retail, or sales (experience in travel or hospitality is a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and accurate data entry
Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to build rapport quickly
Availability for
afternoon and weekend shifts
