We are seeking an Experienced Client Services Specialist for our veterinary hospital. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing support to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients and patients in to the hospital, updating information and preparing for their appointments.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the daily schedule
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly
- Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance customer retention and satisfaction
-Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance client experience.
- Use veterinary software for accurate record keeping, client interactions, processing transactions, end-of-day financials.
- Keeping reception clean and tidy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client services, account management and customer support
- Experience in a veterinary hospital
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers, and learning new software.
