This is a full-time position in an office environment

Monday-Friday, 9:30am - 6pm.
What you will do:
Open work orders (received by phone or e-mail), processing orders, forms, and requests
Maintain positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customer at all times
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Communicating with customers through various channels
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
Keeping record of customer interaction
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
We're looking for someone who:
Has experience in the customer service field in Canada
Has excellent communication
Can multitask with a high level of efficiency
Can work as part of a team
Is tech-savvy! You know Excel, Word, Outlook, Gmail, Google Drive, Calendars. You can understand, break down and apply technical systems to varying applications. Bonus points if you are familiar with any project management software.
