Job Description

Kidz Kare is a one-stop resource to support parents on their journey in raising healthy, happy and knowledgeable individuals.

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, provide service information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. The objective is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:



Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls Generate and track sales leads Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Complete tours of the centre with new families interested in enrolling Support classrooms and Front office team as needed Other duties as requested

Requirements:



Previous Customer Service Experience Strong phone and listening skills Personable and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clients Excellent communication skills Organized and dependable Ability to multi-task and prioritize Great time-management skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Above & Beyond:



Knowledge in Early Childhood Education Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
