Purpose:
Baskits is looking for a Seasonal Customer Care Representative to join our Head Office team for the holiday season. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for our customers - receiving orders, handling inbound calls, and addressing inquiries or concerns. As part of our front-line, customer-facing team, you'll serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects the exceptional service and quality Baskits is known for.
Duties and Responsibilities:
You'll work as a member of our Call Centre team to:
Provide prompt and professional customer service over the phone and/or in person.
Attract potential customers by answering product/service questions and suggesting specific products appropriate to the circumstance.
Enter Sales Orders efficiently and accurately, while on the phone or in person with the customer.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the situation, determining the cause of the problem, explaining the best solution, expediting correction and/or adjustments, escalating to the Customer Care Manager as required and following up to ensure resolution.
Open and maintain customer records/accounts by recording and updating information in our ERP system.
Work with and provide administrative support to other employees, as required.
Receive and incorporate positive or constructive feedback to improve personal and business performance.
