JELD-WEN Doors and Windows, the leading brand of doors and windows in Canada, is currently seeking an employee to fill the position of Customer Care Representative for our factory in St-Apollinaire, Quebec.
Specific Responsibilities:
Receive, analyze, and process service requests.
Ensure rigorous follow-up of each request for parts and/or services.
Validate and control the execution of work performed by technicians when a request requires intervention.
Respond to customers' phone inquiries about our various products.
Provide status updates on service calls to our customers.
Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements:
A completed post-secondary education diploma;
1 to 3 years of experience in customer service;
Experience in an after-sales service department is an asset;
Computer literacy to use the Office suite;
Bilingualism is mandatory, both spoken and written.
