JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our growing team.
Specific Responsibilities:
Receive, analyze, and process service requests.
Ensure rigorous follow-up of each request for parts and/or services.
Validate and control the execution of work performed by technicians when a request requires intervention.
Respond to customers' phone inquiries about our various products.
Provide status updates on service calls to our customers.
Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements:
A completed post-secondary education diploma;
1 to 3 years of experience in customer service;
Experience in an after-sales service department is an asset;
Computer literacy to use the Office suite;
Bilingualism is mandatory, both spoken and written.
