Senior Protection is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Care Specialist to join our team, providing exceptional support for our medical alert services tailored to seniors. Duties
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, delivering compassionate and professional support.
Provide accurate information about Senior Protection's medical alert services, including device functionality, subscription plans, and emergency protocols.
Utilize data entry skills to maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette, ensuring a warm, professional, and reassuring demeanor when engaging with seniors and their families.
Analyze customer needs to offer tailored solutions, including recommending appropriate medical alert products or services.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues, troubleshoot device concerns, and improve the overall customer experience.
Stay informed about Senior Protection's medical alert systems, services, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date assistance.
Communicate clearly and effectively in English; bilingual proficiency in French is a strong asset but not mandatory.
Full training and on-going support while working with a team.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or senior care, is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and with empathy, especially when assisting seniors.
Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; proficiency in French is a significant advantage, not mandatory.
Proven analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions for medical alert services.
Experience with data entry systems or CRM software is beneficial but not required.
