Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Assist customers with product or service questions. Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and track interactions. Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure a positive interaction with clients. Take payments, and complete insurance claims. Handle appointment bookings. Keep the front end area clean and tidy. Help team members with additional cleaning and organization. Great customers upon arrival and make them feel comfortable and welcome.

Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. Proficiency in data entry and analysis skills to manage customer information accurately. Experience in front desk positions is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients. Ability to multitask effectively across various channels while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
