Typical workday:



Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries. Customer support showcasing thorough understanding of products and procedures. Acknowledgement of customer complaints and knowing when to escalate. Schedule sales/service appointments by completing:

+ Inbound calls
+ Follow-up calls
+ Lease/Finance renewal calls
+ Email/Web Requests
+ Anniversary calls
+ Recall notification
+ Service Reminders

Minimum Requirements:



Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Job Type:

Full-Time

Pay:

$40,000 Annually

Schedule:

Variety of day, evening, and Saturday shifts.
