Position Summary



We are seeking a

Customer Care Representative

to join our

Business Development Department

and become the

voice of our dealership

. You will be a key player in building customer relationships and driving loyalty through effective communication across phone, email, text, and live chat.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with

BDC experience

or a strong background in customer

support or online sales

, who is enthusiastic, self-driven, and thrives in a customer-facing role.

Key Responsibilities



Make

outbound calls, emails, and texts

to past and existing customers to generate sales and service appointments. Respond to

inbound inquiries

via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.

Assist customers

with vehicle information, service needs, warranty options, and dealership offerings. Build and maintain

strong, ongoing relationships

with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Promote

additional services and products

using effective upselling techniques. Utilize multilingual skills to connect with a

diverse customer base

(preferred). Maintain

accurate records

of all customer interactions and transactions. Support the

Internet and marketing team

with content, campaigns, and digital initiatives. Participate in

training programs

to continually improve phone handling, customer care, and product knowledge.

Qualifications



Experience in

customer service, call center, BDC, or online sales

Strong

written and verbal communication

skills Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a strong asset Confident, outgoing, and comfortable handling outbound calls Highly

organized, detail-oriented

, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with

CRM systems, data entry

, and lead management Knowledge of

automotive products or dealership operations

is an advantage Demonstrated

problem-solving and interpersonal skills
