Purpose:
Reporting to the Manager of Customer Care, Customer Care Representative is responsible for being the liaise with customers, both internal and external, to ensure exceptional customer experience and support team members as required.
What you'll do:
Logged in and prepared to answer inbound calls from customers in a professional manner at scheduled start time
Placing orders for customers received via multiple systems and technology
Confirming accurate information to customers based on product availability and delivery
Providing customers with product and service information and researching information using multiple resources
Resolving customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner
Prepare quotes and order confirmations
Foster a positive and cheerful working relationship with internal and external customers
Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and abilities
Assisting in training team members on product information and processes
Creating and running reports to assist the manager
Running team projects, such as reviewing and updating processes
Leadership within the team by assisting in organisational change
What it takes:
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent with similar experience (college diploma an asset)
Excellent PC keyboarding skills with confirmed understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), the ability to navigate at ease within a variety of systems.
Key Skills and Attributes:
Ability to work the SAP environment (asset)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to details, time management and decision-making skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically while working in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in a cross functional environment
Multi-tasking skills, showcased using several applications
Knowledge of the gas or welding industry (asset)
