We're looking for a
Customer Care Professional
who can deliver outstanding support to our international customers -- someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being part of the full customer journey.
In This Role, You Will:
Build and maintain strong communication channels with international customers
Deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service
Set up and maintain customer accounts in Navision
Prepare and coordinate customer quotes
Process customer orders from receipt through delivery
Manage international documentation, including Certificates of Origin (COO), Certificates of Analysis (COA), and other export documentation
Communicate with customers and sales representatives by phone and email
Coordinate returns and manage non-conformities
Support customers in resolving concerns or issues
Monitor customer payment terms
Review open sales orders and proactively update customers
Collaborate with production to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
Requirements:
2-3 years of customer service experience (preferably in manufacturing)
Complete fluency in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages is an asset
Skilled in order processing, quoting, and invoicing
Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail
Organized, proactive, and customer-focused
Able to problem-solve quickly and effectively
A team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
