Your responsibilities are:
Ensure that every customer is met with the most exceptional customer service
Provide cost estimates and pricing to new and existing clients via phone, email, and online chat
Dispatch, direct, and conduct regular communication with Field Employees
Set and optimize the daily schedule of jobs while taking multiple constraints and considerations into account
Work closely with Operations Managers to coordinate customer and Field Employee related issues
Answer client inquiries, reviews, and feedback related to services and products
Managing all customer emails
Collaborate with internal teams to create digital experiences and optimize the user experience
Build a strong brand through developing happy, hard-working Teams and executing our marketing strategy
Support the OH&S committee in promoting a safe work environment
Overall you'll be an indispensable part of an exciting, growing company helping to make everything run smoothly and have fun doing it
Successful candidates will be:
Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Be proficient with computer applications and email, including Microsoft Outlook, Office, Teams, Asana, etc., and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) such as Salesforce, Shopify, etc.
Capable of dealing with issues and complaints quickly and effectively
Possess excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Passionate about delighting clients, and a healthy, non-toxic lifestyle
A team player willing to involve themselves in all aspects of the business
Key attributes
University or College degree
Exceptional communication in English and interpersonal skills
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, email, and some experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRMs) platforms such as Salesforce, Shopify
Attention to details
A valid driver's license

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
