Job Description


Our client a dynamic real estate sales and marketing is looking for an outstanding Customer Care Manager to join their team. They specialize in residential developments, partnering with developers to bring dream homes to life. Their bustling office is the heartbeat of customer care, ensuring a seamless journey for buyers from the initial purchase to taking possession of their new homes.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Customer Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the dedicated customer care team. Your responsibilities include:

  • Act as the main in-office contact for the Customer Care department.
  • Provide training and delegate duties to virtual customer care representatives.
  • Conduct audits on contracts, follow up on missing signatures, and ensure data entries align with contract documentation.
  • Generate client reports on purchased upgrades, parking, etc.
  • Prepare deposit reminders, collect buyer deposits, and manage deposit reporting and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of standard contract addendums for upgrades or other items as directed by the Managing Broker.
  • Distribute legal and other essential documents to buyers.
  • Maintain and update customer records as needed.
  • Assist with project completions, including collecting buyers\' lawyer\'s information, responding to appraisal requests, sending bulk emails and updates, scheduling walkthroughs, and managing the assignment of purchase agreements.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in English; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
Education and Qualifications:
  • Previous leadership, training, or management experience.
  • Knowledge or experience in the real estate industry, conveyancing, or the legal profession is a significant asset.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, G-suite, and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
What You Will Get:
  • $60,000-$75,000
  • 15 days paid annual vacation.
