A DAY IN THE LIFE :

As they say, no two days are the same! Under the supervision of the Customer Care Logistics Manager, you will be the contact person for customers and distributors of the various L\'Or\xc3\xa9al Canada brands. You will be in charge of one or more complete customer files from both an order management and credit management perspective (validation of product quantities and prices, required date, request vs. forecast, cheque application, claims follow-up, etc.).

As Customer Care Logistics Analyst, you will also be responsible for creating various reports and participating in the development of operations optimization projects with your customer contacts, as well as with L\'Or\xc3\xa9al Canada\'s sales teams. In addition to these responsibilities, you will be called upon to take customer calls and carry out the required follow-ups (order follow-up with the various parties involved, such as transport and physical distribution, credit claim follow-up, returns follow-up, etc.).

A personality that makes the difference: You are an outstanding communicator, with convictions, a critical sense, sound judgment and good team spirit. You\'re enthusiastic and curious.

WHO YOU ARE :

  • University degree in Business Administration (Operations and Logistics Management), Industrial Engineering, or related field;
  • You are self-reliant and flexible;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office software (Word and Excel);
  • Knowledge of SAP software is an asset;
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English;
  • You are open-minded, rigorous, diplomatic, a good team player and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
