The Customer Care Coordinator is an integral part to this real estate developer\xe2\x80\x99s customer care team. They are looking for someone to grow with them and take on existing as well as future projects.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Customer Care Specialist / Coordinator is essential to ensuring homes meet the standards of the company and homeowners. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has a background in customer or homeowner care and is looking to join a company that they can develop and grow with as a customer care professional.

ABOUT THE POSITION

You will be the point of contact for existing and potential homeowners and work closely with the construction and marketing teams. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Responding to homeowner inquiries.
  • Deficiency walk-throughs.
  • Managing tasks in deficiency software.
  • Maintaining customer care database.
  • Warranty process documentation, homeowner manuals, and closing packages.
THE REQUIREMENTS
  • 1-2+ years customer care / homeowner care / warranty experience.
  • Class 5 drivers license and vehicle.
  • Experience with customer care software (Tribe is an asset)
  • Strong customer service & communication skills.
  • Experience organizing and managing trades and homeowners.
COMPENSATION
  • Salary: up to $80,000.00 experience dependent
  • Potential for annual performance based bonus.
  • Extended health, dental, and vision benefits.
  • 2-3 weeks vacation.
