Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic\'s calendar efficiently
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly
- Provide accurate information about our hearing services and products
- Assist clients in completing necessary forms and paperwork
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Collaborate with Hearing Aid Practitioners and support staff to ensure a seamless client experience
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy, striving for effective resolutions
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathetic and patient-oriented approach when dealing with customers
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and appointment scheduling software
- Prior experience in customer service or the healthcare industry is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with audiology or hearing-related terminology is a plus
