Reporting to the Compliance Manager you will be supporting Project Managers' (PM) job files by providing excellent administrative, operational and customer care assistance.
Responsibilities:
Your duties include liaising with clients and sub-trades, invoice direction, preparing documents and reports while effectively communicating with the PM, office staff and external contacts on a daily basis.
Ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met.
Provide all necessary support to the PM.
Effectively communicate with the PM, office staff and external contacts on a daily basis.
Coordinate with internal/external staff and trades as required.
Provide status reports and communicate regularly with clients.
Maintain communication and documentation in RMS, XactAnalysis, Encircle and Symbility.
Maintain communication with the homeowner, even when in a known down time in schedule.
In addition you will be required to deal with difficult situations, have strong communication skills, manage your time, meet tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, follow up with ongoing concerns and not lose site of the details and accuracy of information.
Any duty not specified above, which nonetheless falls within the area of the CCC function is included in the duties of this position.
The ideal CCC:
Will represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity while practicing the "Paul Davis 10 Serving Basics*" Has some construction and/or administrative experience
Is competent in computers and IT systems and has recent training to back up your skills. Experienced with MS Office basics. Including Outlook, Word, etc.
Is self-motivated
Excels in a high paced work environment with an ability to multi task
Must be able to prioritize and manage time
Has excellent communication skills and carries themselves in a professional manner
Able to work M-F 8:30am - 5pm in office (and some overtime if volumes dictate)
