The opportunity:

We're looking for energetic, a Customer Care Representative to handle a variety of sales and customer service initiatives. As a part of our
growing team, you'll be part of our team making outbound sales and customer service calls to targeted prospects, including customers and prospects in order to drive sales in our North American stores. About the role:

The ideal candidate is an outgoing, energetic, professional tele-marketer with experience in B2B and B2C sales and customer service. You will possess strong communication, persuasive, organization skills. Your primary focus will be to support and aid franchisees executing local area tele-marketing programs. Responsibilities

Handle and manage calls/emails in a courteous, timely, and professional manner. Identify and assess customer's needs. Accurately document and process customer requests/needs in appropriate manner. Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer all customer questions/requests. Attend all meetings and training sessions and review all training materials. Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements.

Qualifications

Reliable Ability to work flexible hour's days/evenings as required Ability to work individually as well as in a team atmosphere. Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills Experience and knowledge of using call center software and tools. Experience with Data Entry utilizing a computer. Experience with Microsoft Applications including MS Word and MS Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Familiar with Computer and Windows PC applications and ability to learn new computer system applications Reside in Cape Breton Regional Municipality Experience working for a franchise or multi-unit business is an asset.

Availability

Must be available for various, fluctuating shifts between the hours of

9:00 am and 8:00 pm Monday-Friday.

Not suitable for full-time students.
Salary: $16.60 per hour
