Job Statement




We are looking for a Customer Care Associate who will support our Customer Care team in ensuring SFM customers\xe2\x80\x99 highest level of satisfaction.



Responsibilities



  • Receive, enter and track orders and perform related follow-ups
  • Enter data and perform a variety of operations using ERP and CRM systems
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of information
  • Address customer price and product availability requests
  • Triage customer service requests
  • Escalate major issues & important customer feedback
  • Develop close business relationships with colleagues
  • Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions
  • Respond to internal and client communications in a manner that creates a supportive environment and exceptionally positive employee and customer experiences
  • Perform other tasks as required




Qualifications



  • Demonstrated ability to quickly and accurately enter orders into a system
  • Highly attentive to details
  • Strong learning skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in order entry or data entry or a customer care, customer support or customer service department
  • Well organized
  • High energy, emotional intelligence and flexibility
  • Enjoys working a dynamic and fast paced environment
