Customer Care Assistant

Edmonton, AB, CA, Canada

Job Description

Are you someone who has always wanted to play a part in helping people? Are you

organized and detail oriented

? Are you

tech savvy with marketing skills

? Do you get a dopamine kick from

problem solving

? Do you enjoy when every day throws you a new challenge and possess impressive

time management skills

?

We may have a place for you at One Tree Psychological as a Client Care Assistant. We are offering a part time position to start which will probably... most likely turn into a full time position to someone who finds

organization

thrilling, who loves a

fast paced

day, who finds juggling a breeze, likes people, and is

self reliant

. We are a growing business and we are on the hunt for someone who is open to growing with us. Working at One Tree will not be your boring office job.. Every day is a little different - variety is the spice of life.

We are a family owned, women led, safe and inclusive place for all. We work closely together to help our clients heal from hardship and live more fulfilling lives. We're seeking someone who is deeply dedicated to their craft and takes pride in doing excellent work. At the same time, we value team members who show up as people--not just employees. That means

being open, collaborative, and willing to engage with the team

in ways that are both vulnerable and fun. We believe the best work comes from an environment where we can support one another, share ideas freely, and also laugh together along the way.

At One Tree, the work we do is

deeply meaningful

and we expect anyone who is on our team to show up fully, every single day. We uphold a culture of professionalism, collaboration over competition and client-centered care. Ethical practice is non-negotiable, confidentiality is sacred, respectful and clear communication is expected, and work-life balance is essential. A win for any team member is a win for the team! We are in this together.

You will be dealing with people. All the people, all the time. We work with a wide range of people who come fully stocked as real humans, with real stories, and real struggles.

Being able to work collaboratively with different personality types is essential.

Being able to empathize with people who are working to improve their mental health is essential.

Being able to provide superior customer service and bring joy to anyone that walks through the door is essential.

We want solution finders, not problem identifiers or creators.

We consider it an honour when someone chooses us to support them on their mental health journey. So you have to be on board with making sure that you are doing what you say you are going to do, when you say you are going to do it, the way you said you were going to do it.

Say what you mean and mean what you say

. Every little detail matters and there are so many details in the work we do. You have to be a master when it comes to

details and organization

. Like your job depends on it.. no really your job will depend on it.
