Job Duties:
Travel Agency Support. Assisting travel agencies with reservation and ticketing support
Eticket Database Maintenance
+ Daily maintenance of our eticket database
- Processing open coupons
- Processing exception etickets
+ Daily processing of the eticket ETL error queue GDS reject Queue Maintenance
+ Daily on-time processing of the GDS reject queue Tier 2 Ticketing Support
+ Assisting PAL Airline station CSR's with reservation and ticketing support of GDS, Interline and Codeshare bookings
+ Assisting Other Airline Partner helpdesks with reservation and ticketing support of FIM/Interline/Codeshare Bookings Reservations Agent duties as required
+ Quote fares and book flights for customers;
+ Provide customers with necessary information connected with flights;
+ Communicate with customers to determine individual needs;
+ Must make use of excellent communication and sales skills;
+ Respond to cargo inquires providing freight quotes, fares, reservations, revenue reporting, sales reporting, lost and damage bag reporting, and answering phones;
+ When necessary, identify and implement solutions to meet evolving industry and customer needs; Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Completion of secondary schooling in a related field is required
1+ years of customer service experience is required
1+ years of technical support experience is preferred
Experience in Travel and Tourism is preferred
