Overview
We're looking for Customer Care Agents to join our Vancouver HQ! With a rapidly growing customer and fan base, our Customer Care team provides above and beyond customer service through all our platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for all enthusiastic, passionate, and customer-centric individuals who want to help create a memorable and seamless Vessi experience for each of our customers.
This is a part-time (24 hours/week), 6-month contract with the possibility to extend to a permanent, part-time position.
Vancouver HQ hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, and potentially Saturday and/or Sunday based on business needs.
