We are looking for a Customer Care Administrator to join our growing team! Reporting to the Director of Finance. At Chewters Chocolates, We Make People Happy by Making Great Chocolate! Your main responsibilities are:
Order entry into Syspro
Order changes or PO adjustments / coordination with customers
Sample order coordination and fulfillment
Sales Order Validation, ensure valid pricing on all orders received
Proactive Sales Order Delivery Timing, partner with logistics and sales teams for any logistics delays
Answer phones and routes voicemails
Monitors front door access
Lunch coordination for meetings
Receive mail and deliveries
GRN maintenance and collating
Photocopying and filing backup for accounting support including, but not limited to payables, receivables and purchases

Working Conditions:
Able to sit and stand in an office setting
Able to walk around on the production floor as needed
Must wear PPE when on the production floor
Exposure to machinery sounds and loud noise levels
Ability to push, pull, bend and lift in an office setting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Benefits:
