As a Customer Care Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations while providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Our company prides itself on maintaining high standards, and we believe that a happy, well-cared-for team is key to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative functions and office organization. Support the sales team in delivering outstanding customer service. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism. Support the sales team with order processing and management. Answer incoming phone calls, addressing customer inquiries and providing assistance. Ensure timely and accurate order placement and tracking. Maintain a high level of customer service throughout all interactions. Collaborate with team members to understand roles and responsibilities effectively.
Ideal Candidate Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a positive team environment. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced retail setting. Experience in retail or administrative roles is a plus. Experience with Shopify and Flexiti is a plus. Understanding of retail operations and team dynamics.
