What You'll Do

Greet every guest with a warm smile and make them feel truly welcome. Share your passion for our products and the craft of traditional baking. Keep our displays fresh and beautiful while supporting marketing promotions. Refill shelves and organize the storefront to ensure everything looks its best. Package orders carefully so every product leaves looking perfect. Handle payments (cash, debit, credit) accurately and confidently. Help keep the bakery clean, cozy, and inviting at all times. Lend a hand to the baking team when needed and stay flexible for other tasks.

Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-focused environment. Capable of meeting the physical demands of a hands-on bakery role. Offers flexible availability, including weekends and holidays when required. Adheres to all safety, sanitation, and security guidelines with consistency.

Experience & Skills

1+ year of sales or customer service experience (preferred, not required). Strong communication and people skills. Basic math skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Merchandising experience is an asset.

Working Conditions

Standing for 8-10 hours per shift. Frequent bending, pushing, and pulling. Lifting up to 50 lbs.

Compensation

Starting at $17.60/hour
