Overview

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated Kitchen Team Members who are passionate about both food and customer service. In this role, you will help create a welcoming and positive experience for every guest by preparing quality food, maintaining a clean kitchen, and interacting courteously with customers. Your attitude and teamwork will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items accurately while maintaining high quality and presentation standards. Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, answering questions, and responding to concerns in a polite and professional manner. Communicate clearly with customers in person and over the phone using proper phone etiquette. Work closely with team members to ensure fast, friendly, and efficient service during busy periods. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times. Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations to ensure customer well-being. Assist with inventory tracking, data entry, and notifying management of low stock levels.

Qualifications & Experience

Previous kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required--we are happy to train the right person. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude. Ability to communicate clearly in English with customers and team members. Basic understanding of food safety practices or willingness to learn. Ability to stay calm, focused, and helpful in a fast-paced environment. A team-oriented mindset, reliability, and eagerness to learn and grow.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
