THE WORK:

Lead and manage teams that will perform assessments, develop strategies, and deliver roadmaps to help clients understand and evolve their existing customer analytics and personalization capabilities.

Lead growth within our practice through talent development, business development and exceptional project delivery.

Design, develop, and implement measurement solutions that tie organizational objectives to customer experience capabilities while communicating the value to an executive client audience.

Lead teams and manage clients through strategy and deployment of customer analytics platforms and services across digital properties including mobile web and apps.

Lead the orchestration of martech platforms leveraging data and analytics to execute personalization and optimization use cases.

Strong understanding and experience leveraging AI/ML capabilities to execute prioritized use cases.

Clearly and effectively demonstrate Accenture\xe2\x80\x99s thought leadership in customer analytics and personalization.

Support and lead business development for customer analytics and personalization, including proposals and solution architecture.

Define organization processes and operating model to support the development and evolution of a customer data and analytics capability.

Be a strategic and technical advisor to our client and account teams.

HERE\xe2\x80\x99S WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL NEED:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing and customer data / analytics.

Minimum of 10 years of experience using, installing and / or customizing digital analytics, tag management, and / or customer data solutions.

Experience with complex tool deployments across product suites like Adobe Experience Cloud and Google Marketing Platform / Google Cloud Platform.

Experience working with Customer Data Platforms and journey orchestration tools.

Technical experience of how digital analytics and tag management solutions are deployed and architected across various data platforms.

Ability to manage multiple teams on and offshore who are responsible for implementing and operating a digital analytics program.

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company\'s activities to avoid this requirement.

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience.

BONUS POINTS IF:

Strong communication skills with the proven ability to explain advanced concepts and complex solutions.

Passionate about data, analytics and technology (ex: avid consumer of TED talks and Wired Magazine).

Deep knowledge of strengths and weaknesses across technology providers.

Ability to architect a digital customer data architecture and support the deployment delivery.

Thought leader with a track record of developing perspectives on industry trends and best practices related to data and analytics (i.e. Generative AI).

Experience delivering and managing client-facing projects in consulting, agency or other business-related services.

Experience selling and solutioning large-scale programs oriented around data and analytics.

Experience performing advanced analytics on digital data sources and working within cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Experience developing reporting and advancing data visualization capabilities with new or existing tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, etc.).

Experience with data and analytic tools such as such as SQL, Excel-pivot tables, SAS, UNIX.

Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and processes (Data matching & key vendors, data fusion & key partners, etc.).
