Do you have phone skills that pop?
Are you confident, friendly, and never robotic? You know how to make someone smile through the phone, ask smart questions, and guide the convo without sounding like a script.
Is your texting and email game strong?
You can match a customer's tone, write clear and persuasive messages, and know when to follow up and when to cool off.
Are you computer-savvy and system fluent?
Are you're fast with tools like CRM, Dealertrack, email platforms, texting software, and Google Sheets? Do you know that keeping your notes clean, your tags accurate, and your reminders set is how you win?
Can you build rapport in seconds and can turn a cold lead into a warm convo without skipping a beat?
Can you ask the right questions to quickly understand what someone wants (and needs): vehicle type, budget, timeline, finance vs. cash, credit history -- without overwhelming them?
Can you be persistent but polite? -- the kind of follow-up that keeps you top-of-mind without becoming annoying.
Can you bounce back from ghosting, rejection, or even a rude customer without losing motivation?
Can you log everything like a machine?
Clean notes, follow-ups, and tags so your sales team knows exactly where to pick up.
Do you understand that CRM isn't a chore -- it's your weapon?
Can you can switch tones on a dime? -- prime buyer vs subprime, excited vs anxious -- and you know when to be soft and when to push.
Are you able to be empathetic and patient, especially with first-time buyers or customers with challenging credit? Can you make them feel comfortable, capable, and in control?
Are you able to commute to 50 Titan Road Etobicoke daily?
