Responsibilities of the Customer Acquisition Specialist Team



Educate and engage with prospective customers (in an in-person setting), explaining the benefits of our client's brand and services and enrolling them in offerings tailored to their needs. Provide clear insight into promotional packages and pricing options to help customers select the best value for their requirements, fostering brand loyalty. Address customer objections using negotiation techniques and strategies learned through hands-on training. Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong relationships that foster trust and loyalty to the client's brand. Maintain accurate records of customer accounts to ensure smooth installation and service processes. Drive sales growth by generating new opportunities through customer referrals. Participate in weekly team meetings to track progress toward sales goals and ensure compliance with client standards and guidelines.

Qualifications for the Customer Acquisition Specialist Position



A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications, or General Business is preferred. 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, or other customer-facing roles (preferred but not required). Possesses a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow professionally. Ability to maintain a solution-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor are needed.

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
