Resume du poste :




Est le principal contact pour le service client et les ventes de pieces de rechange de Hibon. Travaille directement avec les clients (revendeurs, clients OEM et utilisateurs finaux) pour etablir des devis et traiter les commandes de pieces de rechange, de consommables et de soufflantes de remplacement.


Horaire de travail :

40 heures/semaine, du lundi au vendredi. Poste a temps plein.


Fonctions essentielles :




Role de soutien au service client




Gestion des commandes :




o Realiser des devis pour diverses demandes des clients


o Saisir les bons de commande, generer les accuses de reception de commande, etc.


o Mettre a jour le fichier de commandes en cours quotidiennement, determiner l'attribution des soufflantes en penurie avec les representants commerciaux


o Preparer les ordres d'expedition et les envoyer a l'expedition


o Saisir les dates prevues de reception des pieces et equipements en rupture de stock


o Identifier les commandes qui ne seront pas expediees dans le mois en cours et modifier les dates en consequence


o Traiter les commandes des OEM dans le marche des camions avec l'aide du RSM


o Completer les declarations d'exportation


o Attribuer les leads web entrants d'Eloqua au RSM approprie


o Enregistrer les non-conformites et les plaintes des clients


Support technique :




o Repondre aux questions generales liees au fonctionnement et a l'entretien des soufflantes


o Determiner quand les soufflantes sont discontinuees et communiquer avec le support technique pour des recommandations


o Apporter un soutien occasionnel a Fraserwoods pour des problemes lies a Oracle


o Fournir un support technique supplementaire en fonction des connaissances et des capacites


o Autres responsabilites assignees ou requises


Qualifications :




o Experience en service client requise, idealement une experience anterieure avec un fabricant dans un role similaire


o Experience avec des equipements rotatifs est un atout


Competences cles :




o Excellentes competences en communication : ecrit, oral, francais, anglais


o Orientation client


o Fortes competences collaboratives pour engager les collegues des operations, des achats et de l'ingenierie


o Aptitude technique pour comprendre les problemes et transmettre les details importants au support technique


o Autonomie, initiative elevee, capacite a travailler de maniere independante

Job Summary:


Is the main contact for Hibon Customer Service and Aftermarket sales. Works directly with customers (resellers, OEM customers and end users) to quote and process orders for spare parts, consumables and replacement bare blowers.




Work schedule:

40 hours/week from Monday to Friday. This is full-time


Essential Functions:



Customer Service support role


Order Management:


Quote various requests to customers Enter PO's, generate order acknowledgments etc. Update daily backlog file, determine allocation of blowers with shortages with sales reps. Pick release orders and send to shipping Enter expected receipts dates for parts & equipment that are B/O Identify which orders won't ship within the current month and change dates accordingly Process orders from OEM's in the truck market with guidance from RSM. Complete export declarations. Assign incoming Eloqua web leads to appropriate RSM. Log non conformities & customer complaints

Tech Support:



General questions related to blower operation and maintenance. Determine when blowers are discontinued and communicate with technical support for recommendations. Support Fraserwoods on occasional issues related to oracle. Additional technical support based on knowledge and capabilities. Other responsibilities as assigned or required.
