Our firm is an authorized Representative of Rogers, a leader in the telecommunications industry, and we are actively hiring for the role of Customer Account Representative. As a Customer Account Representative, you will work directly with customers in person to provide tailored solutions for Rogers' Internet services. This role combines customer interaction, relationship building, and strategic sales techniques to deliver measurable results. By being the face of Rogers in the field, you will help ensure that every customer interaction represents the best-in-class service that Rogers is known for.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Account Representative:



Engage with customers in person to explain Rogers Internet products and services while delivering a best-in-class experience. Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals by applying proven strategies. Educate customers about promotions, features, and benefits that meet their unique needs. Work collaboratively with the sales team, sharing insights and strategies that drive overall success. Track, document, and follow up on all sales activity to guarantee customer satisfaction. Develop new business opportunities through proactive in-person networking and outreach. Deliver presentations that highlight Rogers Internet as the best-in-class choice for customers.

Qualifications for a Customer Account Representative:



Previous experience in sales is an asset, but not required. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in in-person environments. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to provide a best-in-class customer experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and sales activities. A team player with the confidence to excel in in-person customer interactions and sales presentations. Adaptable and coachable, with the drive to continuously improve in sales performance.
