We are currently seeking a Customer Account Representative to join our team at our North York office. This full-time position involves in-person sales and direct interaction with customers.Job Details

• Training by management and sales team daily to become an expert in existing client promotions, products, and ways to assist in enhancing new customer acquisitions
• Providing a high level of service unique to every individual in an approachable and friendly manner
• Utilizing product knowledge and providing expert advice to resolve arising questions in regards to our clients brand and mission
• Customizing our consumers packages with competitive pricing based on our marketing database and industry trends
• Collaborating in person, either one-on-one or in a team setting, contributing innovative marketing and sales tactics to fellow marketing and sales representatives
• Presenting our clients brand to our targeted audience in an efficient way that brings our brand story to life and enhances customer acquisition margins

• Take ownership of sales efforts by engaging directly with clients to present tailored solutions that drive results.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and long-term success.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by following proven processes and bringing your unique perspective to the table.

• 0-2 years of experience in either customer service, marketing, advertising, sales, retail or telemarketing
• Must be able to start working immediately if needed
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience developing positive relationships and/or solving customer problems
• Partners effectively with others to ensure coordinated, efficient account management
