About the Role
We're looking for a
Custom Orders & Sales Coordinator
who blends organization with initiative. You'll manage custom and safety orders from quote to invoice, making sure every customer interaction feels seamless and personal. This role is part project manager, part relationship builder and a key piece in helping grow BUFF's Canadian presence.
This position will be based in-office at our new Cochrane/West Calgary location (opening soon!). Until the office is ready, the role will start remotely, or in a co-work space to allow for regular in-person collaboration.
What You'll Do
Manage Orders:
Oversee every step of the custom and safety BUFF order process, from quoting and POs to invoicing and follow-ups.
Build Relationships:
Deliver exceptional service through proactive communication, quick responses, and thoughtful solutions.
Drive Growth:
Identify new opportunities, contribute to sales initiatives, and help achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with design, customer service, marketing, and our safety team in Spain to ensure timely delivery and brand alignment.
Track & Report:
Maintain visibility on all leads and projects in Asana, sharing monthly updates on progress, wins, and opportunities.
Know the Product:
Stay current on BUFF's product line and customization options, offering tailored recommendations and upselling where it fits naturally.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service, ideally within an apparel, retail, or B2B environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, you're comfortable leading calls and creating connection.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and follow-through from start to finish.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; experience with Asana, JDE, or SAGE is an asset.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for creating solutions.
