We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Duties

This is a day-time position Monday-Friday 930 am until 530 pm Perform routine cleaning of all areas within the facility, including offices, restrooms, kitchens and common areas. Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping off surface and dusting as needed. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used properly and safely. Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Report any repairs or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of basic facilities maintenance practices is a plus. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
