• Provides cleaning services for the auction and office buildings, which includes the regular cleaning of walls, floors, doors, dusting of furniture and vacuuming.
• Wash and sanitize toilets and sinks and restock disposables (paper and soap).
• Clean windows and mirrors.
• Remove waste material.
• Responsible for outside yard work which includes trash pickup and removal.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Medium to heavy lifting required.
• Full G license with clean abstract.
• Proven ability to work well in a team environment.
• Previous use of maintenance equipment (floor cleaner, vacuum).
• Previous janitorial experience an asset.
