Position Overview

As a member of our custodial staff, you'll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our fitness facility. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Clean offices, fitness areas, and common spaces Mop tile and concrete floors; vacuum carpeted areas Dust furniture, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces Sanitize and disinfect washrooms and locker rooms Replenish supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.) Clean windows, mirrors, and glass doors Empty garbage and recycling bins Maintain cleanliness of building entrances and outdoor areas Buff and polish floors as needed Report any damage, safety concerns, or vandalism Assist in keeping weight areas tidy and organized Perform other custodial duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness High level of motivation and energy Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently Comfortable working independently or as part of a team Flexibility to work weekdays and occasional weekends as needed

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED (required) Prior custodial or janitorial experience is an asset Must be able to lift moderate to heavy items (e.g., weights) Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
