We are dedicated to delivering high-quality service and maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards across multiple locations. We are currently seeking a site manager to oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure smooth workflow across our sites.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and organize the stockroom to ensure efficient supply management Conduct regular inventory counts and report stock levels Coach and train. new hires as well as current staff to maintain performance standards Communicate effectively with team members, management, and administration Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards Attend weekly manager meetings via Zoom to discuss operations, updates, and concerns Liaise with the administrative team regarding site performance, supply needs, and operational concerns Travel between sites as needed (must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation) Provide coverage as required Give clear direction to staff regarding clinic concerns, administrative requests, and performance follow-ups

Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to coach and train employees effectively Comfortable using technology for communication and reporting Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle Ability for shift coverage as required

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
