We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with a focus on food safety and handling. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed to maintain a safe kitchen environment. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and place orders as needed to ensure availability. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to health regulations. Assist in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and equipment usage. Engage with guests when necessary to provide exceptional service and address any dietary concerns.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and food safety regulations. Experience in supervising kitchen staff and managing a team effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with bartending is a plus, enhancing the overall dining experience for guests. A passion for culinary arts and creativity in menu planning is essential.
