Job Summary:
Reporting to the shift supervisor, the curbside coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day curbside operations, which include but not restricted to answering inquiries, assisting customers to find taxis, ride share or shuttle pickup areas. Keeping the curbside areas clean, sweeping, picking up litter and garbage, snow clearing and shoveling in winter months. The ideal candidate will be required to be eager to learn, work in a team environment, and work independently.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Help customers to find taxi service, shuttle service.
Ensuring all drivers on the commercial curbside are acting in accordance with airport policies, parking in the correct areas, obeying rules, etc.
Answer parking related questions.
Interact and assist customers in person, via intercom or telephone.
Litter clean up.
Sweeping.
Snow clean up, shoveling, operating hand operated snow equipment (snow blower, backpack blower, etc.)
Identify emergency and non-emergency situations on site.
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
Shuttle customers to onsite parking lots.
Other duties as assigned.
Mandatory Qualifications:
High School Graduate or higher education
Basic Computer skills - Windows, MS Office
Customer service experience, inclusive attitude and openness to diversity, is an asset.
Safe driving history.
Valid driver's license and vehicle preferred.
