My client is an employee-owned Canadian environmental consulting firm specializing in solving complex environmental challenges through evidence-based evaluation, inclusive engagement, and strategic guidance. They are seeking a proven leader to grow and guide their Cumulative Effects Assessment team.
This is a senior-level role focused on delivering measurable impact: your success will be determined by the quality and timeliness of CEA deliverables, your ability to grow the practice area, and the strength of the partnerships and relationships you build with Indigenous communities, stakeholders, and industry.
Remote / WFH / Hybrid: Hybrid Vancouver, BC or 100% Remote
Travel: Required but not extensive, to lead, attend, and participate in client meetings, workshops, and study site visits in North America and abroad (predominantly within Canada).
Salary: $110k - $150k DOE, plus health benefits, RRSP matching (The final salary will reflect the qualifications, relevant experience, expertise, and professional designations that each candidate brings to the role. Individuals who offer additional strengths or bring exceptional value to the team will be considered for compensation beyond the stated range, as our client recognizes and rewards unique contributions.)
