Position Overview

Partake is seeking an experienced

Cultivation Supervisor

to lead day-to-day operations within our commercial cultivation facility. This role is hands-on and leadership-driven, responsible for ensuring plant health, production targets, and team performance are consistently met.

Commercial cannabis cultivation experience is mandatory -- no exceptions.

This position is not suitable for hobbyists or entry-level growers.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily cultivation operations across all growth stages (propagation, veg, flower, harvest) Lead, train, and manage cultivation staff to ensure SOPs are followed consistently Monitor plant health, identify issues early, and implement corrective actions Manage irrigation, feeding schedules, IPM programs, and environmental controls Ensure crop timelines, yields, and quality standards are met or exceeded Maintain accurate cultivation records and production data Work closely with post-harvest and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs Ensure full compliance with regulatory, health, and safety requirements Maintain cleanliness and organization of all grow areas

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of commercial cannabis cultivation experience (REQUIRED)

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a cultivation environment Strong knowledge of plant nutrition, IPM, environmental controls, and crop steering Ability to manage multiple rooms and production cycles simultaneously Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Schedule & Work Environment

Flexible schedule required

-- plants do not take days off Ability to work weekends, holidays, and outside standard hours when required Physically demanding role (standing, lifting, working in warm/humid environments)
