Key Responsibilities

Produce all menu items efficiently and consistently Lead shifts and support senior leadership team members Contribute to positive team morale and manage budgetary goals Ensure the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs

Key Requirements

Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or bar Desire to develop and motivate team members Committed to continuous improvement Energetic, positive, and inclusive Previous culinary leadership experience is a plus
