Lais Hotel Properties Limited (Vintage Hotels & Niagara's Finest Hotels) is currently seeking Part-Time & Full-Time Culinary positions; Prep Cook, Cook 1, Cook 2 and other kitchen positions to join our Team!

What you'll be doing:

What you'll bring to the team:

1-2 years work experience in a kitchen or similar environment Excellent eye-hand coordination Current Safe Food Handler's Certificate Fine motor skills for cutting, chopping and arranging of meals on plates Must be flexible and adaptable to changing situations in a dynamic environment Excellent time management skills Previous up-selling and/or sales experience is considered an asset Prepares and cooks items for breakfast buffet and the lunch a la carte menu Sets up line for the lunch buffet when required and cooks all menu items on a daily basis Work in and maintain a clean environment Follow Lais Hotel Properties' standards for food preparation Assists in the preparation of stocks and soups as required under the direction of the Executive Sous Chef All other duties as assigned
