Job Description

Superflux's Purpose is to "Bring Happyness & Do Cool Sh!t", via "F!$king Awesome Food & Beverage Experiences".

The Culinary Leaderis a proven individual with great staff and management engagement, who brings unwavering passion to the Superflux Food Program. They will report to the Operations Leader and work alongside Hospitality Leaders (GM) and Kitchen Leaders at each venue. They will be an integral part of ensuring food quality standards are developed, and executed while training and mentoring both leaders and staff of each venue. The Culinary Leader will be the face of the food program for Superflux and championing F!$king Awesome Food & Beverage Experiences.

This includes but is not limited to, assisting with:

Maintaining Professional and Consistent Hospitality in accordance with Company Standards, from all Team Members, Consistently delivering high quality food execution & standards Creating and developing the food program for all venues, while working alongside the Visionary and Operations Leader, Training, Development & Support of Kitchen Leaders & Staff on culinary techniques, execution, sanitation, food safety, and brand standards, Develop, Train, Coach and Execute on current and improved standards at all times, Supporting venue Kitchen Leadership in the achievement of their goals, Drive and increase Food Sales to each venue, Lead, Direct, and Assist in the management of Theoretical Menu Costs to Target, Onsite & Offsite Food & Beverage Event Coordination, Marketing photo shoots related to food Conducting regular visits to each venue to review quality, presentation and operations Promote a positive, team-oriented kitchen culture Assist in achieving company COG Targets LMA (Leadership + Management = Accountability),
About You (Ideal Candidate)

5+ Years in a Senior, Leadership, or Management Level Culinary Role Excel in a collaborative environment You are a self starter and look for opportunities to make a difference You possess the skills and knowledge to develop costings, review data analysis and take action Your attention to detail, ability to remove obstacles, and talent for maintaining team unity make you the "glue" of the organization. Committed to achieving our goals, following through, and bringing your best, so we can be our best as a team. You are humble and open to the perspective of others Able to understand and explain income statements and related financial data as it pertains to F&B operations, You possess exceptional clarity, communication, and resolution skills to effectively address issues and conflicts. You have a creative outlook and problem solving Experience in Multi-tasking and management of multiple projects.. Experience in Multi Unit Management (3+) Locations (Exceeding $10M in Total Sales) Willingness To Travel For Work
Further Details:

This position is full time, but it is NOT Monday-Friday, or 9-5. Estimated hours of work are 40-45 hours per week,
Compensation

Total compensation, or on-target earnings (OTE) shall be commensurate with Base Salary $70,000-$80,000 Bonus 0-$10,000 Health Spending Account $1500 3 Weeks Paid Vacation Beer Allowance Staff & Management Meals Expense Account (Meals, Travel, Phone, etc...) Partial/Occasional Remote Work
