?Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
?Creating and managing team schedules and evaluating performance and providing feedback
?Maintain records of stocks, repairs, sales and wastage
?Assist in the training of staff, implementing sanitation and safety procedures
?Participates in development of sanitation, security and safety standards and ensures implementation of standards established
?Provides advice and may oversee standardized or recipes, menu preparation, portion, cost and waste control.
?Maintains records and provides data for planning and control of operating budgets.

Pay: $16.00 per hour
