Nous recherchons une personne fiable et dynamique pour rejoindre notre equipe en tant qu'employe(e) de cuisine pour le service du matin. Ce poste est principalement responsable de l'ouverture du restaurant, de la preparation des pommes de terre et du service des premiers clients. Le/la candidat(e) ideal(e) est ponctuel(le), organise(e) et a l'aise en cuisine comme en service.

Responsabilites principales :



Taches d'ouverture :

Arriver a l'heure pour ouvrir le restaurant et commencer la mise en place. Verifier la proprete de la cuisine et de la salle avant le service. Mettre en marche les equipements, verifier les stocks, preparer les postes.

Preparation des pommes de terre :

Laver, eplucher, couper et cuire les pommes de terre selon les besoins (frites, puree, pommes de terre roties, etc.). Controler la qualite et la fraicheur tout au long du service. Respecter les normes d'hygiene et de securite alimentaire.

Service client :

Accueillir et servir les clients pendant les heures du matin. Prendre les commandes, utiliser la caisse, et aider a la preparation des plats simples. Maintenir un espace de service propre et accueillant.

Soutien en cuisine :

Aider le reste de l'equipe en cuisine pendant la preparation et le service. Garder un poste de travail propre et bien organise. Reapprovisionner les produits et signaler les ruptures de stock.

Profil recherche :



Une experience en cuisine ou en restauration est un plus, mais non obligatoire. Disponible pour travailler tot le matin et ponctuel(le). Souci du detail et respect des regles d'hygiene. Bonne condition physique (station debout prolongee, port de charges legeres, decoupe, etc.). Attitude professionnelle et bon relationnel client.

Job Summary:



We are looking for a reliable and energetic Kitchen Staff member to join our team for the morning shift. This role is primarily responsible for opening the restaurant, preparing potatoes and related items, and supporting early customer service operations. The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, and comfortable working both in the kitchen and front of house when needed.

Key Responsibilities:



Opening Duties:

Arrive on time to open the restaurant and begin morning setup. Ensure all kitchen and front-of-house areas are clean and ready for service. Turn on equipment, check stock levels, and prepare stations.

Potato Preparation:

Wash, peel, cut, and cook potatoes as required (fries, wedges, mashed, etc.). Monitor quality and freshness throughout the shift. Follow food safety and handling procedures at all times.

Customer Service:

Greet and serve customers during the morning hours. Take orders, handle POS systems, and assist with basic food service. Maintain a clean and welcoming service area.

General Kitchen Support:

Assist other kitchen staff as needed during prep and service. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Restock supplies and report low inventory items.

Qualifications:



Prior kitchen or food service experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work early morning shifts and be punctual. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Comfortable with light physical labor (lifting, standing, chopping, etc.). Friendly and professional attitude with good communication skills.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
