Fonde en 2008, le Groupe Barroco est anime par une passion pour la gastronomie, les cocktails, la musique, le vin, le design et les bons moments.

Avec 3 restaurants (Barroco, Foiegwa, Trattoria Fugazzi), 3 comptoirs a pizza (Fugazzi Presto), 3 bars a cocktails (Atwater Cocktail Club, Milky Way, Bon Delire) et 1 cuisine centrale, soutenus par le bureau chef, notre objectif est d'innover constamment et de creer des espaces pour repandre notre amour de l'hospitalite.

Description des taches:



Avant le service: amenager sa section de travail, recevoir et entreposer les produits de cuisine, preparer les aliments selon les procedures en place. Pendant le service : executer certaines preparations, aider au montage des assiettes, etre a l'ecoute des directives et collaborer avec le reste de l'equipe. Apres le service: placer les restes dans des contenants et ranger les aliments pour la conservation, nettoyer et ranger les postes de travail et signaler les produits manquants au superviseur. Effectuer toute autre tache connexe au besoin.

Tasks description :



Before the service: set up your work area, receive and store kitchen products, prepare food according to the procedures in place. During the service: make certain preparations, help with the assembly of the plates, listen to the instructions and collaborate with the rest of the team. After Service: Place leftovers in containers and store food for preservation, clean and tidy workstations, and report missing items to the supervisor. Perform any other related task as needed.
